Worldwide shipping & returns
All prices are shown in DKK (Danish Krone) or EURO. All prices include Danish VAT of 25%. Prices include delivery charges, as we offer free international shipping. Prices do not include service and payment charges. Orders may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.
We accept payment by most credit cards. The amount for your order will not be charged until your order has been shipped.
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. On rare occasions an item can be out of stock. In this case, you will receive information by e-mail.
Your order will be dispatched the same day and delivered in Europe within 1-4 days and internationally within 3-10 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation. However, some locations might have a longer delivery time. We provide free international shipping regardless of volume. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.
Some delays may occur during very busy periods, public holidays and severe weather conditions.
Better World Fashion cannot be held liable for any delays due to the shipping company or local customs. Please notice that we are unable to deliver to P.O. box adresses.
Better World Fashion gladly accepts returns and offers you 365 days of return from the date stated on your receipt. Goods must be returned un-used in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and attached original tags. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match these criteria. Please make sure to enclose the original sales receipt to the product. Please fill in our return form and enclose it in the shipment.

Return of goods is at Better World Fashion's expense. Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account. We will refund your amount to the credit card on which goods were purchased. This is for preventing illegal use of stolen credit cards.
All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. This does not include defects caused by improper use, faulty maintenance, or general wear.
In case of a complaint or a missing delivery, please contact email@example.com including your order number, images of the claim and a description.

Although we aim that the website is accurate in all respects, we cannot guarantee that all available products at Better World Fashion are on stock when your order is processed. In case of lack of storage or misleading information that affect your order, we will contact you shortly via e-mail and give you the opportunity to revise or cancel your order.
When placing a pre-order in our online-shop, we will charge the amount for your order, when proceeding your order. Your order will be dispatched as soon we receive the item from our supplier. We aim to keep the prospected delivery stated, but delays might occur in the production.
All personal information is stored in connection with use of the website and web-shop will be treated with utmost care. The information we store will not be sold to third parts or used for any purpose other than to make sure you get the best possible service. Due to security reasons, no payment information is kept in our database.
